During the months of July, August and September there is a two night minimum on weekends. One night weekend bookings will be taken if there is a single night vacancy between other bookings.

All rates are in Canadian dollars and are subject to 13% sales tax.
Beginning July 1, 2023 the municipal accommodation surcharge of 4% is also applicable.
Check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Check-out is at 10:30am. As a courtesy to guests attending a matinee performance, you may park your car at Buckingham House if you have pre-arranged parking.
A deposit of $50 per room per night booked will confirm your booking. Payment may be made by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Payment by Interac is also accepted at time of check out.
In the unfortunate event that you are required to cancel or modify your booking, your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be returned provided more than 21 days notice is given. If less than 21 days notice is given, we will make every effort to re-book your room. If this is not possible, you will be responsible for the amount of your original booking, less any night that is re-booked. As many guests plan their visit months in advance and unforeseen events can sometimes arise, we would respectively encourage the purchase of trip insurance to avoid the stress of cancellations.
Buckingham House is smoke free. However, guests may smoke outside on the patio or in the garden.
